Job Opportunity

A leading aerospace organization seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop build plans for aircraft structural assemblies, systems, and payloads
  • Design installation plans in Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP) Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
  • Lead the implementation of standard processes in assembly operations
  • Ensure prevailing installation plans meet defined standards through regular audits
  • Review existing assembly processes and drive improvements through process analysis and optimization
  • Apply critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement production and tooling methodologies

This role will focus on supporting the commercial air travel business and ensuring efficient assembly work instructions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering is required
  • 4 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
  • 5 years of related work experience in the aerospace industry
  • Desirable: Experience with Commercial aircraft platforms

This position offers opportunities to be part of integrated project teams working on manufacturability and producibility of wiring design definitions and to participate in implementing Lean principles and technologies.
