As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive set data to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing room inventory and distribution channels to optimize occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate).

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a senior role, is essential. Proficiency in revenue management software and tools is also required.
