  • Provide user support and address queries from Tax Operations personnel and Country Tax Managers.
  • Collaborate with the MyIS sup#port team to resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate user feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive KPIs using the PowerBI dashboard.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in finance operations and advanced skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and PowerBI.
