Job Description

In this role, the Change Management Specialist will be responsible for the global management and oversight of change initiatives within the Tax Operations department. This includes the implementation of the Tax Pulse Application Tool to ensure effective day-to-day operations, user adoption, continuous improvement, and providing key performance indicators (KPIs). The specialist will also be responsible for documenting future improvements, communicating new releases and feature updates, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders in the global rollout of change initiatives, including the Tax Pulse Application Tool.
  • Create data sets/reports of reporting units deployed versus available in Finance master data and communicate the same to global stakeholders. Provide user support for Tax Operations personnel and Country Tax Managers (CTMs) in day-to-day operations.
  • Address user queries and provide technical support in collaboration with the MyIS support team by raising and resolving tickets.
  • Gather user feedback and communicate necessary improvements.
  • Utilize the PowerBI dashboard to provide comprehensive KPIs as required by global stakeholders.

The work model for this role is a mix of onsite and hybrid work arrangements. The role contributes to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.
