Job Title: Technical Director

The role of the Technical Director is a critical position that oversees all technical aspects of an organization.

About this Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving product and technology strategy, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget. The successful candidate will lead the development of new features and functionalities, collaborating closely with third-party developers and design teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile app development frameworks, preferably Android and Java, as well as experience managing enterprise-wide technical systems such as DMS and CRM. A proven track record in implementing data analytics and business intelligence solutions is also essential.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering. A background in healthcare data privacy and security compliance is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product and technology strategy for the organization.
  • Lead development of new features and functionalities for mobile apps.
  • Manage technical infrastructure, including DMS, CRM, and digital systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement app updates and integrate machine learning and generative AI features.
  • Establish technical standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO standards, and relevant data privacy regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • Strong expertise in mobile app development frameworks, especially Android and Java.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide technical systems such as DMS and CRM.
  • Proven track record in implementing data analytics and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with machine learning and generative AI implementations.
  • Background in healthcare data privacy and security compliance is preferred.
