About the role:

  • Supervise and coordinate the front office team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inspect and maintain the front office area to ensure it is clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform pre- and post-shift checks to ensure that all necessary resources are available.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hotel cash handling and internal control procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their loyalty and repeat business.
