About the role:
- Supervise and coordinate the front office team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Inspect and maintain the front office area to ensure it is clean and well-maintained.
- Perform pre- and post-shift checks to ensure that all necessary resources are available.
- Ensure strict compliance with hotel cash handling and internal control procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their loyalty and repeat business.
