We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Closing Activities: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Reconciliation: Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations
  • Tax Compliance: Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance including timely filing of returns
  • Financial Statements: Assist in preparing financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
  • Invoicing and Payments: Manage invoices, payments, petty cash, and employee reimbursements
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
  • Accounting Controls: Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / M.Com preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Statutory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
  • Reporting Skills: Hands-on experience in preparing MIS reports and financial statements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
  • Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
