Job Title: Strategic Change Leadership
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Change Leadership professional to join our team at Dzyred Jobs Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management programs with oversight from a Transformational Change Manager
- Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives
- Operate with support where needed across change management, communications
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change management needs
Requirements:
4+ years' experience of change management experience (2-3 end-to-end change management project experience is mandatory)
Key Skills:
- Individual delivery of high impact change management activities
- Working knowledge of organization change management for IT solutions
- Understanding of change management approaches
- Able to produce high-quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change
- Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Experience working on OCM (Organizational change management) only
- Preference – Should have experience in organization Change/ behavioral change (IT, ITIL experience will not be considered)
