High-Performance Software Engineer

Develop high-performance applications using Java.

This role involves hands-on experience in building Order and Execution Management, Trading systems.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java
  • Experience in building distributed applications using NoSQL technologies like Cassandra, coordination services like Zookeeper, and caching technologies like Apache Ignite and Redis
  • Experience in building microservices architecture/SOA
  • Experience with message-oriented streaming middleware architecture (Kafka, MQ, NATS, AMPS)
  • Experience with orchestration, containerization, and building cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong analytical and software architecture design skills with an emphasis on test-driven development
  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or engineering
  • Good communication skills

This is a contract position requiring onsite work 5 days a week. Interview timings are late evening (UK client). Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
