Job Summary

A senior professional with NISM-Series-II-A certification, experienced in leading teams of 5 to 7 persons.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-7 professionals
  • Manage RTA operations in listed and unlisted sectors
  • Coordinate corporate actions: dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues
  • Exposure to unlisted equity admission: SME/main board IPO
  • Oversee AGM/EGM/EVOTING/Postal Ballot
  • Responsible for handling audits: internal audit, SEBI audit, system audit
  • Tech savvy: automation and integration of activities in software with IT support
  • Collaborate with clients and depositories (NSDL/CDSL)
  • Frequent knowledge updates and application

Requirements:

Commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations. Post-graduation desirable. 6-7 years' experience with some RTA/depository participant/share broking firms.
