We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Specialist.

Role Overview:

This position involves utilizing complex data to create actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide valuable information that supports business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (CRM, event registrations, sponsor reports, feedback forms, etc.) to identify trends and patterns.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event success.
  • Data Storytelling: Work with stakeholders to translate raw data into clear, visual insights that support business strategy.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality data delivery across the organization.
  • Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory analysis using predictive models to forecast leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years of Experience: Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Communication: Strong ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking: Hands-on experience with data cleaning, handling large datasets, and critical thinking to ask insightful questions.
  • Knowledge Base: Bonus points for knowledge of analytics platforms, CRM systems, or event management software.
