Lead Data Strategist

We are looking for a Lead Data Strategist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and strategy development, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving results-oriented initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex datasets and data visualizations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Key Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and strategy development.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO datasets.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline.
