About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to oversee all aspects of our centre's operations, including client interactions, event management, staff supervision, and day-to-day administration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the centre, ensuring smooth delivery of services and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Handle client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and other documentation as required.

Requirements

To be successful as a Centre Manager, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
