Housekeeping Supervisor

This is a highly sought-after position within our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of housekeepers.

  • You will work closely with staff to ensure they are adequately trained in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Your key responsibility will be to manage and lead your team on a daily basis, providing guidance and support when needed.

In addition to supervising your team, you will be tasked with ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept clean and tidy. This includes monitoring common areas such as stairways and lounge spaces.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements in cases of absence;
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility;
  • Educating staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards;
  • Motivating team members and resolving any issues that arise during their shift;
  • Responding to customer complaints and special requests;
  • Monitoring and replenishing cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
