Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Prior experience working on data-driven projects is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to keep the team aligned and motivated
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and remove roadblocks
  • Experience with Agile metrics and reporting tools is a plus
