About the Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Agile transformation journey, guiding cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools. As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll facilitate all aspects of project management, ensuring seamless integration of agile methodologies into our projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guide strategic teams through agile practices and tools
  • Relentless focus on helping teams communicate, collaborate, and remove barriers
  • Organize and facilitate scrum-related meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos)
  • Work with product owners and teams to develop roadmaps and manage backlogs
  • Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint
  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to affected teams and management
  • Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories

  • Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization
About You

You'll excel in this role if you have a strong background in Scrum methodologies, 6+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams, and a proven track record as a Scrum Master. Your excellent communication skills, ability to influence and engage teams, and experience with Azure DevOps will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
