Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead training initiatives across our multi-outlet operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage service standards, including liquor service protocols.

The key objective of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service. This includes standardizing operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver structured training modules for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in F&B training, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across outlets for training sessions.
