Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Customized Training Solutions
  • Design New Hire Induction and Refresher Programs
  • Conduct Needs Assessments through Surveys, Performance Reports, and Manager Feedback.
  • Create Engaging Training Content, Role Plays, Simulations, and Case Studies for BPO and Customer Service Environments.
  • Coach and Mentor Employees to Improve Customer Interaction, Empathy, and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness through Feedback, Assessments, and On-the-Job Performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR Teams to Align Training Modules with Business Objectives.
  • Maintain Training MIS and Provide Insights on Participation and Outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to create compelling training content, and experience in a BPO or customer service environment. They should be able to coach and mentor employees to enhance their soft skills and provide feedback that drives growth and development.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations and HR. They should have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and be able to develop training programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
