Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Technical Consultant for JD Edwards. This individual will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our team, with a focus on system architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components, and application interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validation of testing completed in implementation life cycle of JD Edwards
  • Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions
  • Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements/design specification
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements whenever required
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in JDEdwards and a good understanding of the technical area, including FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN. Knowledge of master business functions and power forms is also essential. Experience with software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development is desirable. Additionally, the candidate should have a good grasp of systems management and operational support tools, as well as security and infrastructure experience.

Others

The candidate should be able to analyze risk mitigation during system improvements and issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging, and trouble-shooting Standard Programs in JDE which involves (NERs, C BFNs etc.). Working experience on BI Publisher and good understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator is highly desired.
