Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Manager to lead our efforts in streamlining transactional activities, ensuring consistent service delivery across the organization, and driving value-added initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, expertise in operational finance, and proficiency in SAP finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and resolve issues
  3. Identify opportunities for automation and implementation of robotic process automation solutions
  4. Review and revise global standard operating procedures to align with improved processes
  5. Define and update risk and control matrices, reviewing and resolving audit findings
  6. Provide guidance on standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures
  7. Conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects, identifying control deficiencies and suggesting improvements

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in F&A, preferably with exposure to operational finance
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to operate with senior finance teams, and lead remote teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in SAP finance modules, and advance MS Excel skills
  • English proficiency is essential
