Structural Drafter Position

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/CAD Drafter to join our engineering team.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed structural drawings in reinforced concrete and/or steel.

This is a fully remote position working with global clients and team members, offering flexible working hours with overlap during Italian business hours for team coordination.

  • Producing detailed structural drawings in reinforced concrete and/or steel;
  • Collaborating with the international engineering team;
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation and adhering to industry standards;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of RCC and/or steel structural drafting experience;
  • Proven expertise in BIM/CAD software for structural documentation;
  • Strong understanding of RCC and/or steel detailing and construction practices;
  • Track record of delivering complex structural projects;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects;
  • Excellent English communication skills;

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Allplan for structural drafting;

  • Experience with detailed shop drawings and construction documentation;
  • Knowledge of RCC and/or steel structure detailing best practices;
