As a Machine Learning Engineer – Data Quality Lead, you'll automate pipelines that ensure reliability, safety, and relevance of training datasets.

  • Achieve consistency and alignment by running proxy fine-tuning and reward modeling experiments.
  • Collaborate with annotation teams to drive scalable, high-quality data workflows.
About this role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires expertise in LLM training & evaluation (SFT, RLHF, reward models) and proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and evaluation tooling.
