This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Salesforce Business Analyst with NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Limited. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can lead requirement workshops, develop requirement specifications, and review and test customizations provided by the development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement workshops to understand and document customer business requirements.
  • Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates.
  • Review and test the functionality of customizations provided by the development team.
  • Demo the solution to the customer for feedback and approval.
  • Act as the liaison between the business team, technology team, support, and offshore team.

Requirements:

  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including leading a discovery workshop, producing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, identifying gaps and pain points, elucidating requirements into user stories, preparing for and conducting sprint end client demos, working with technical leads, and using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years utilizing Salesforce best practices, knowing when to utilize configuration vs. custom code vs. App Exchange product, working within Agile development methodology, and working in JIRA or similar project management tool.
