Job Title: Corporate Legal Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to enable and support our core lending operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial and lending agreements in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions with banks and non-banking financial companies, securitization transactions, debt instruments, and related security documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.
  • Liaise with external counsel, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in a fintech, NBFC, or banking environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

This is a critical and strategic role with direct impact on high-value financial transactions. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and regulatory strength of our lending ecosystem.
