Job Title: Executive Finance R2RLocation: PuneKey Responsibilities:
  • Precise and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  • Review and timely issuance of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.
  • Compliance of SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Data for RPT compliance.
  • Ensuring accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  • Timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.
  • Review and approve the Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end.
  • Review the consolidated reports and reason analysis for key variances.
  • Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution.
  • Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process by reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT).
  • 'Customer centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups.
  • Error-resolution within reasonable timeframes and with end-user satisfaction in mind.
Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting process preferably in same/similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system.
  • Solid understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
