This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Tele Caller role that offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing relevant information about property listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- FOLLOWING UP with leads to ensure effective communication
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions to track progress
- Achieving set sales targets by leveraging skills and knowledge
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop impactful communication strategies
Requirements:
- Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Experience in telecalling and customer service to handle diverse situations effectively
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property listings to provide accurate information
- Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently to maintain client satisfaction
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records to streamline processes
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus to enhance skills and knowledge
- Proactive attitude with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to collaborate effectively
