Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and deliver solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience in a technical leading role in delivering Salesforce projects, with hands-on experience in writing Apex, LW components, and building Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of enterprise customers, recommending the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulating the risks and trade-offs involved.
  • Choose solutions that will scale as the number of users increases, without acquiring technical debt or requiring manual changes over time.
  • Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce design backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
  • Approve configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments, where appropriate.
  • Describe and illustrate designs with justifications, supervising the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.

Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years' experience in a technical leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Hands-on experience in writing Apex, LW components, and building Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in designing enterprise-grade Salesforce cloud solutions.
  • A pro-active personality with a can-do attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to observe trends.
  • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
  • A self-starter with experience in leading projects or delivery work streams.
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing, enabling stakeholders to decide with confidence.
  • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
