Job Title: Senior Visual Creative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that meet client briefs, brand guidelines, and our creative standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.

The role involves managing multiple design assignments, collaborating with internal teams, and actively contributing to maintaining and elevating our visual identity. Staying up-to-date with design trends and relevant tools is crucial to continually delivering innovative and engaging content.

1. Design Quality: Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction.
2. Turnaround Time (TAT): Meeting agreed deadlines for all projects.
3. Collaboration: Seamless incorporation of feedback from internal teams, especially under pressure.
4. Participation: Active participation in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews.
5. Tech Skills: Utilizing professional editing tools and AI to improve output.
6. Process Adherence: Following company processes for efficient delivery.
7. Reporting: Regular reporting to managers.

• Creating attractive designs based on briefs in a timely manner for social media content and other assets for assigned brands.
• Working closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and help by visualizing assets to communicate ideas effectively.
• Tracking Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned projects; adhering to established timelines is mandatory.
• Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future design work and output efficiency.
• Following company process to deliver design work efficiently.
• Utilizing professional tools and AI to improve designs.

• Setting tone and direction for videos to set consistency and direction in video content for existing and new brands when required.
• Updating editing styles, learning new techniques, staying current with new effects and transitions to stay fresh and in sync with video trends and philosophies.

• Staying in touch with social media trends, algorithm, consumer psychology, and the use of different editing styles for different brands.
• Constant research on new tools and AI for improvement.

• Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future video work.
• Being a team player and helping peers in high-pressure situations.

• Reporting to manager regularly.
• Updating task list in real-time on ZOHO.

1. 0–3 Months: Deliver quality work on assigned brand creatives, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team.
2. 3–6 Months: Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.
3. 6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices.
4. 12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
