Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Facilitator to join our team. As an experienced Scrum Master and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, and removing impediments to foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
  • Remove impediments and promote a self-organizing team environment
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders
  • Work closely with the team, business, and stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed backlog

Business Analysis Duties:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
  • Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus
