The role of Placements Head involves leading and overseeing placement operations across multiple corporates, ensuring seamless delivery of services. This includes managing and guiding a team of placement managers/executives to ensure timely execution of RFQs, policy placements, and servicing.
Key responsibilities include driving strategic relationships with insurance companies for obtaining RFQs and competitive quotations. The Placements Head will oversee the end-to-end placement process, including policy placement, post-placement servicing, claims handling, and employee enrolments/deletions in non-EB policies.
This role requires reviewing and ensuring accuracy of government-mandated reports and compliance-related documentation. Additionally, supervising claims scrutiny and resolution, ensuring efficient servicing of corporate clients is crucial.
The Placements Head will represent the placement team in high-level client interactions with CXOs, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
Driving operational excellence by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and training team members is essential. Coordinating and overseeing agenda planning, preparing strategic notes and action items for senior management review are also key aspects of this role.
