Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and enter all payments, supplier bills and other TDS related invoices with supporting documentation.
  • Prepare monthly statements of TDS including reconciliation.
  • Compile PC/Labour Liability statement and submit to the Finance Head for approval of Labour & PC Payment.
  • Prepare Supplier liability statement within the specified period as per guidelines.
  • Update Fixed Assets Register on a monthly basis within the specified date.
  • Responsible for preparation of statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI etc) and remittances to RO/HO.
  • Ensure GST compliances by checking and reconciling GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1.
  • Implement budgets and report variances to management on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare timely monthly profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements & cost control reports.
  • Monitor and prepare BGs, LCs, Corporate Guarantees & Bonds with clients and banks.
  • A working experience in SAP environment is required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Firm background in accounting, financial management and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage complex financial data.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to work with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
