The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to lead our team in regulatory compliance, focusing on Open Banking and PSD2 regulations.

You will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of regulatory requirements, producing comprehensive traceability matrices, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end compliance.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of Open Banking regulations (PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.
  • Develop comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.

You will work closely with our global team to monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services. You will also have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
