The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in building, assisting, and administering comprehensive learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for adult education, excellent organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Job Description:

  • Assist in designing engaging learning programs, including e-learning modules, on-demand learning paths, workshops, and ILT sessions.
  • Manage training program logistics, including scheduling, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring materials are prepared.
  • Provide support and follow-up to employees participating in learning programs, addressing questions or concerns.
  • Monitor and report on learning program effectiveness, using data to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain and update learning resources, ensuring they are current and accessible to all employees.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
