About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data, identify gaps, and drive business growth across sales, product, and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency, then perform in-depth analyses to uncover key trends, correlations, and recommendations.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization, driving business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver strategic insights, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company, with a strong track record of delivering business value and driving growth.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, with hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus, with ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
