We are a pioneering Digital Agri Insurance Company in India, committed to empowering farmers and cultivators through innovative insurance solutions. Established in 2018, we have made significant strides in the Agriculture Sector, with a pan-India presence and over 500 employees on roles along with 500+ contractors.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, creating engaging content, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. As a seasoned Senior Brand Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Execution: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives, support brand positioning, messaging, and identity development.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute brand campaigns, collaborate with creative teams for engaging content and brand consistency.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, inform brand strategy with insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams for brand integration, coordinate external agencies and vendors for effective brand initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Monitor brand health, track key performance indicators, ensure brand guidelines are followed for consistent communications.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze brand initiative performance, prepare reports on brand metrics, and provide recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputable Business School.
  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management or a related role, preferably in Consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
