SAP FICO Implementation Specialist

Key Challenges and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO professional to manage the implementation of new ERP FICO functionalities in the Long Products segment of ArcelorMittal Europe.
- Project management, including demand collection, books of requirements, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, and committees.
- Developing and supporting current SAP systems within the FI/CO module, including support for change requests.
- Ensuring all activities are handled in compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as BE or BTech.
- Experience and knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP FICO customizing, business processes knowledge of Finance and Controlling.
- Effective communication skills, ability to train others, synthesis spirit, and autonomy.
Additional desirable skills include:
- SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like FSCM, FM, SD, MM, PP, etc.
- SAP Solution Manager knowledge.
- ABAP, FIORI, CDS, and other related technologies.
- Ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode.
- ITIL certification.
