Delivering Strategic Programs

We seek a seasoned Program Manager to partner closely with senior leadership and the CEO Office. This role focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.

This strategic business PMO position is designed for an experienced professional with B2B Sales expertise who can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and present high-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to provide a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Requirements & Skills:

  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is advantageous).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
