High-Volume Campaign Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven High-Volume Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-volume campaigns across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns using tools such as Apollo to drive prospecting and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting key clients in India, the US and UAE.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with evolving AI-driven practices to boost organic reach.
  • Monitor marketing performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Zoho Pagesense, etc.) and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and AI innovations to proactively adopt new practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO with a focus on lead generation for B2B services.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apollo, Campaign Manager, CRM platforms (Zoho or similar), marketing analytics/optimization tools (GA, Zoho Pagesense, Hotjar, etc.), and Sales Navigator.
  • Good understanding of ABM strategies tailored to international audiences.
  • Experience in managing websites (WordPress or equivalent CMS preferred).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling marketing narratives.
