  3. Training and monitoring entry-level cooks and chefs for proper service.
  4. Conducting an inventory of workstation storage and determining day's food requirements.
  5. Applying HACCP and onboard sanitation, hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Experience as Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie is an advantage.
  • Culinary school degree is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer software skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of menu planning and preparation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
