About the Role

We're seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to building a robust developer and security platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, security tooling, and automation.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working on production-grade environments and cares equally about scalability and security. In this position, you'll secure our Kubernetes clusters, tame AWS services, streamline our security pipelines, and make vulnerabilities disappear before anyone knows they existed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configuration: Secure core AWS services including VPC, TGW, VPN, security groups, and networking access.
  • Kubernetes Security: Strengthen EKS clusters with best practices around RBAC, secrets management, runtime security, and policy-as-code.
  • AWS Security Tools: Implement and manage IAM (SSO/Identity Center), SecurityHub, GuardDuty, Config, KMS, and Control Tower guardrails.
  • Firewall Management: Security Harden and maintain next-gen firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) and their integration into our AWS workloads, setup security observability.
  • Security Scanning: Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines (Trivy, SonarQube, Codecov, Inspector) to enforce quality gates.
  • CSPM and SIEM: Set up and tune CSPM and SIEM platforms, and deploy WAF (Cloudflare), IDS/IPS solutions for active threat detection and mitigation.
  • Automation Workflows: Build secure automation workflows using Linux fundamentals, scripting, and IaC for repeatable, auditable infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS core and security services.
  • Experience managing and securing Kubernetes/EKS workloads, with focus on RBAC, secrets, and runtime security.
  • Solid understanding of AWS networking and security fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools.
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix, scripting, and cloud automation.
