Public Health BIM Modeler Position

We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to spearhead our team's BIM development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering is required.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks is essential for successful model coordination and clash detection.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, public health facility regulations, and project specifications is necessary.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Lead the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into cohesive models.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Skills and Expertise

  • Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services is crucial.
  • Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.
