Network Operations Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Network Operations to lead our team and drive success in network operations management. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of telecommunications, ISP networks, and operational management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deploy, and maintain network uptime to ensure seamless communication services for customers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and manage inventory/spares to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure timely installations with customer updates and escalation management to meet customer expectations.
  • Resolve complaints and improve first-time right resolution rates through effective issue management and corrective actions.
Network Management
  • Regularly inspect infrastructure at installed towers and poles to identify potential issues and prevent network outages.
  • Maintain regular PM for network equipment and customer locations to ensure optimal performance and reduce faults.
Installation and Maintenance
  • Manage basic office expenses and petty cash to maintain operational efficiency and control costs.
  • Timely recovery for termination cases to minimize financial losses and protect company interests.
  • GIS mapping within 24 hours of installation to provide real-time insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Access network mapping until customer end to ensure accurate documentation and knowledge transfer.
Disaster Management and Hygiene
  • Employee retention and team engagement through leadership, motivation, and recognition programs.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in telecom/ISP
