Senior Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animations that bring brand stories to life.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) will enable you to create engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.) that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining consistency across all visual touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • You will contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding to develop innovative ideas.
  • You will optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.) and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • You will stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques to ensure your skills remain current.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
