Electrical Project Coordinator

As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of projects with a thorough knowledge of electrical systems. You will analyze technical designs and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in analyzing technical designs and coordinating with vendors;
- Analyze MEP specifications and interpret contracts to participate in technical and commercial negotiations;
- Review and analyze all MEP drawings and material schedules;
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians to supervise onsite construction activities;
- Coordinating electro-mechanical activities with clients, consultants, suppliers, site engineers, and various subcontractors at site;
- Providing interpretations of plans, project scope, detail sheets, and specifications for our contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Coordinator who possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical systems, sustainability, LEED, and other concepts related to MEP engineering.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and fire fighting;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and vendors;
- Experience in sustainability, LEED, and other concepts related to MEP engineering;
