Job Title: Senior Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage client relationships, oversee the planning and execution of high-impact Corporate events, brand activations, and experiential projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, event management, client servicing, and project coordination. This role requires excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Servicing:
    • Act as the main contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from project inception to completion.
  • Event Management:
    • Oversee pitching, strategy, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Budget & Reporting:
    • Track expenses, deliver post-event reports, and collaborate with internal teams to execute seamless events.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute events, and manage on-site teams during events.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Assist in pre-event marketing efforts and create event collateral as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in event management or brand activations.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mid to large-scale events, exhibitions, activations.
