Senior Fabrication Manager

Tata Electronics is at the forefront of innovation, spearheading India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This cutting-edge facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic. Addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing, data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in fabrication management. As Senior Fabrication Manager, you will lead a team of experts to qualify all modules in our Dholera fab, develop and implement standardized fab procedures, and support R&D and tech transfer teams with module development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fabrication Team to Achieve Project Goals
  • Qualify All Modules in Our Dholera Fab Facility
  • Develop Standardized Fab Procedures and Improve Efficiency
  • Support R&D and Tech Transfer Teams with Module Development
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Across Geographies

Qualifications:

  • M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent
  • 10+ Years Experience as Module Manager in 300mm Fab
  • Expertise in Key Modules Theory and Practice
  • Understanding of Statistics and Design of Experiments
  • Process Characterization Methods SEM/EDX, SIMS, etc
  • Device Failure Modes Understanding
  • Defect Characterization and Improvement Knowledge
  • Ability to Lead Cross-Functional Teams and Achieve Project Completion
  • Good Team Player with Innovation and Competitive Mindset
