We are seeking a skilled Data Compliance Expert to join our team at Lex Dinamica. As a Data Compliance Expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing systems for managing cookies, user preferences, and compliance requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with developers to implement cookie and preference management systems using tools like tag managers (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Conducting website scans to identify and classify tracking technologies and ensuring appropriate configurations.
  • Integrating systems with CRMs, marketing platforms, and other data tools to support seamless user experiences.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Designing and maintaining user-friendly preference centers for managing communication and tracking preferences.
  • Assisting with capturing, storing, and updating user consent across platforms to meet operational and legal requirements.
  • Generating and analyzing reports on consent and compliance trends to improve systems and inform strategy.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Web development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or working with tag managers).
  • Marketing technology and systems (e.g., CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer data platforms).
  • Data integration or systems administration with APIs or large-scale platforms.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with tracking technologies (e.g., cookies, analytics tags).
  • Experience working with system integrations or compliance-related tools.
