Azure Cloud Engineers are critical to the IT infrastructure at large corporations. They must have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Azure IaaS solutions, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and backup services.
  • Monitor and maintain azure infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Implement and manage Azure governance solutions, including role-based access control (RBAC) and resource policies.
  • Conduct regular health checks and security assessments of Azure environments, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet their infrastructure needs, providing guidance on best practices for using Azure services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI.
  • Deploy and configure Azure IaaS and PaaS services including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure SQL databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Azure Administrator Associate certification.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure.
  • Proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.
