Creative Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned UI Designer to join our innovative team. This is an exceptional chance for a visionary designer to create cutting-edge user interfaces that harmonize form and function.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and responsive designs. They should have a deep understanding of layout, spacing, hierarchy, color theory, and typography. A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate logic into UX flows is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and accessible UI for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive user-centered design solutions.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Figma (required), Adobe Illustrator, and prototyping tools like Figma Smart Animate and FigJam.
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to understand structure, layout behavior, and communicate effectively with engineers.
Bonus: Experience with design-token systems, Storybook, or CSS utility frameworks like Tailwind.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–5 years of experience in UI or product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive designs.
- Able to handle UX details while maintaining big-picture design cohesion.
