Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold emails, cold calls, and digital campaigns
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted prospecting lists and campaigns
- Manage and update CRM systems to track leads and ensure smooth pipeline management
- Utilize SEO, PPC, Sales Navigator, and marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation efforts

- Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and engagement

Requirements

- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation tactics and demand generation strategies
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Expertise in Sales Navigator, cold outreach (email & calls), and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with prospects
- Ability to analyze lead data, metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies
